Refund Policy
This policy explains how refund requests for VPNMT subscriptions are submitted and handled. Keep your order and payment records before making a request. Submit it through a ticket in the user panel, and check its progress in the same ticket.
Request Window and Scope
You may request a full refund for any reason within 60 days of your first successful payment. The request window is verified against the order record for that first successful payment. Requests covered by this policy do not require an explanation for discontinuing the service, and troubleshooting or switching routes is not a prerequisite for review.
Please identify the order involved in your request. Monthly subscriptions and data plans are billed differently, so each is checked against its order, payment amount, and previous refund records. This policy does not treat each renewal or upgrade as opening a new refund window for the first payment.
Orders outside the request window are not covered by the no-reason refund commitment above. You may still submit a ticket to check issues such as duplicate charges or a successful payment that does not appear against an order. The payment's status cannot be determined from the page display alone.
Eligibility and Verification
Requests made within the covered window due to changes in usage habits, access needs, or client compatibility are handled as no-reason refunds. Connecting normally, importing a subscription, or using plan data does not by itself constitute grounds for denying a refund.
This policy does not set a separate data-usage percentage threshold or use “excessive data usage” as an undisclosed condition for deductions. Insufficient plan data and refund eligibility are checked separately; depleted data alone does not determine refund eligibility.
The same payment will not be refunded more than once. For an order that was not successfully paid, the charge record must be checked first. Accounts involving suspected violations, disputed order ownership, or payment irregularities require verification of the relevant facts. Account status alone does not mean a refund request has been denied; the decision and its basis should be explained in the ticket.
Request Steps and Details
- Log in to the user panel, open the ticket page, submit a refund request, and specify the order to be reviewed.
- Provide your username, order number, payment date, payment method, and amount. If the order cannot be identified, you may add proof of transaction and redact details that are not needed for verification.
- Check for a reply in the original ticket and provide a transaction record or order screenshot if needed. Once the details have been verified, confirm the refund amount and return method.
Accounts that can be created without an email address are also handled through tickets in the panel. Do not send account passwords, payment passwords, private keys, or recovery phrases in a ticket. Submitting the same request more than once makes verification harder; reply to the original ticket to provide additional materials.
Refund Methods and Payment Differences
For Alipay and WeChat Pay orders, refunds are normally returned to the original payment account through the original payment channel. Keep the original transaction record so you can check the refund status. If the original channel rejects the refund or cannot return it, the reason will be checked in the ticket and the next steps confirmed. You will not be asked to transfer money to an unfamiliar account to complete a refund.
USDT transfers use a different return process from the payment methods above; do not assume the system can automatically reverse a transfer to its original address. Before processing, the original transaction record, receiving network, and address must be checked in the ticket, along with the basis for calculating the amount to be returned. Do not assume the original sending address can receive a refund.
Refunds do not follow one universal route across all payment methods. If network fees, amount conversion, or other differences apply, the specific handling method should be explained and confirmed first. Unexplained deductions are not treated as default terms.
Refund Status and Follow-up
Request acceptance, refund submission, and receipt of funds are separate statuses. Processing time depends on order verification, the payment channel, and the receiving account. This policy does not specify a fixed number of days beyond the facts provided. After a refund is submitted, check the ticket reply and records from the original payment channel.
If the ticket shows that a refund has been submitted but the funds have not arrived, add the current status to the original ticket so VPNMT can check the outcome. Keep the ticket and transaction records until you confirm receipt. Once the refund is complete, service entitlements associated with the order will be adjusted according to the refund outcome.
See the Terms of Service for subscription rules and the Privacy Policy for how request materials are handled. If you have questions about refund eligibility or payment records, check them through a ticket before confirming how the case will be handled.
