Service and Scope

VPNMT provides network acceleration subscriptions for cross-border access, covering 100+ countries / 230+ routes and supporting Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Users should obtain compatible clients and subscription details through the user dashboard, then connect to international routes according to the client instructions.

A subscription provides network connectivity; it does not include third-party memberships, content licenses, or account privileges. Whether a target website accepts access depends on its regional rules, account status, and operating policies. Coverage does not mean every route is always available or that every target service can be accessed. Select from the routes available in the dashboard.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is required; an account can be opened with a username and password. Keep login credentials and subscription details secure, and do not disclose them on public pages, in code repositories, or in groups. If credentials are exposed or used unexpectedly, change the password promptly and report the issue through a user dashboard ticket. Verifying account ownership may require checking order or other relevant records.

The service allows unlimited simultaneous connections for the account holder's use across different devices. This does not permit sharing an account with others, publicly distributing a subscription, reselling routes, or providing commercial relay services. Manage connected devices to prevent unauthorized use of subscription resources.

Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. When upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into remaining days. Data packages remain available until used and never expire. Check the plan type, data allowance, and cost before proceeding. See the plans page for available options.

Acceptable Use Requirements

Users must comply with the laws and regulations of their location and any regions involved in their use of the service, as well as the rules of target websites. Do not use the service for unlawful acts such as fraud, intrusion, spreading malicious software, or violating another person's privacy or intellectual property. Do not use routes to launch attacks, send bulk unsolicited messages, or disrupt other users' connections.

Network connectivity does not authorize access to content or particular business activities. Users are responsible for determining whether their access purposes and data processing are lawful, and for actions taken through their accounts. VPNMT may take necessary action in response to clear violations of these terms, threats to system security, or harm to others' rights.

Availability and Liability Limits

Connection performance depends on the local network, access provider, outbound route, target website, and device configuration. Maintenance, faults, or changes to third-party networks may temporarily interrupt or change routes. The service does not guarantee uninterrupted connections or the ongoing availability of any particular website, regional content, or app feature.

If an issue occurs, first check the client settings and try a suitable alternative route, then submit the symptoms and necessary troubleshooting details through a ticket. Do not send passwords or complete subscription credentials in a ticket. Responsibility for effects caused by factors outside the service's control, such as changes to third-party websites or device failures, will be assessed based on the circumstances. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Account Restrictions and Termination

In cases such as unlawful use, account resale, public subscription sharing, or repeated disruption of service operations, VPNMT may restrict relevant connections, suspend an account, or terminate service according to the level of risk. Where there is an urgent security risk, necessary measures may be taken first and the circumstances reviewed afterward. Restrictions should be proportionate to the risk.

If you believe an action was taken in error, submit an explanation through a user dashboard ticket. VPNMT will review the matter alongside relevant order and usage information. Any handling of fees related to service restrictions or termination will follow the Refund Policy and applicable law; this section does not waive rights users have under the law.

Changes to These Terms and Related Policies

If the service or applicable rules change, VPNMT will update these terms on this page and revise the update month. Changes that affect users' important rights will be announced on the site or through the user dashboard. Review any changes before continuing to use the service.
